250 gr butter
350 gr all-purpose flour
150 gr icing sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar
dried lavender flowers
Preheat oven at 200 C.
Sift flour, icing sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
Beat the butter well until light and smooth; mix in the flour mixture and the whisked eggs.
Knead the dough by hand and add the lavender flowers and more flour if needed.
Shape the biscuits and bake until lightly golden!
